From environmental protection to food safety: a conversation with the Director of the Ecological-Noosphere Research Center of NAS

The professional online media outlet Stemnews.am, within the framework of the "Science Centers of Armenia" project, had a conversation with Lilit Sahakyan, Director of the Ecological-Noosphere Research Center of the National Academy of Sciences.

The Center conducts applied and fundamental interdisciplinary research in the fields of ecology, environmental protection, food safety, and agriculture, using the latest remote sensing and information technologies.

During the conversation, Lilit Sahakyan spoke about the mission and research direction of the Eco-Center, addressing the main causes of air pollution. She also presented the main challenges in the field, suggesting possible solutions.
