Scientists: Biological Death Could Become History Within 40-100 Years

According to experts, death may become a thing of the past within the next 40-100 years. The technologies necessary to achieve this goal are already in development. Advances in biotechnology, brain-computer interfaces, and digital consciousness offer hope that biological death can be overcome during this century.
Significant work is being conducted in the field of brain-robot integration. Dr. Theodore Berger at USC is developing neural prosthetics that replicate brain functions. Duke University's Miguel Nicolelis has demonstrated that paralyzed patients can control exoskeletons with their minds. Hanson Robotics produces lifelike robots with realistic movements.
