Held since 2015, "DigiCode" has become one of Armenia's most important technological and educational events, bringing together programming-enthused youth from all corners of the country. The competition is organized by the "Armath" National Engineering Education Program of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises.
The goal of the competition is to foster the development of algorithmic thinking among youth and to discover tomorrow's technology leaders.
"DigiCode 2026" is held across a number of categories, encompassing the following directions: virtual laboratories, device integration, fairy tales, storytelling, computer games, interactive animation, financial literacy, KTurtle/Kriay Olympiad, Python Olympiad.
The "Financial Literacy" category is being introduced for the first time this year.
The "KTurtle/Kriay" and "Python" Olympiads included in the competition program aim to uncover the best algorithmic solutions. Participants can also present device integration projects using Python or C++ programming languages.
Participation in the Kriay and Python Olympiads is on an individual basis, whereas in the other categories, children can participate both individually and in teams.
As always, cash prizes, vouchers for the "Armath" techno-camp, and other valuable gifts await the winners.
